Nervoza i konflikti zbog sitnica

Odmah na samom početku planiranja i organizacije venčanja želimo da vam skrenemo pažnju na jednu činjenicu. Venčanje je događaj koji je sačinjen od velikog broja ljudi i procesa koje treba uklopiti. Vrlo je moguće da nešto neće biti kako ste zamislili

Razloga za to je mnogo: finansije, slobodni termini, nedostatak materijala, nemarnost određenih radnika, vreme, itd. Budite svesni toga i nemojte dozvoliti da vas manje bitne stvari poremete. Bez obzira da li su određeni gosti otkazali u poslednjem trenutku, deo dekoracije nije kao što ste naručili ili ne možete pronaći sve što ste želeli – uvek će nešto krenuti naopako.

Važno je da zadržite fokus i ne dolazite u konflikte sa partnerom ili porodicom zbog takvih stvari. Nemojte biti perfekcionista, jer većinu tih stvari gosti i ne primećuju na samom događaju.

Planiranje svadbe pre određivanja budžeta

Dobar plan je pola obavljenog posla. Plan treba obuhvatiti sve segmente organizacije, ali i za svaki segment plan B, ukoliko nešto ne krene po planu.

Prva stavka pri planiranju svadbe treba biti određivanje budžeta. Potrebno je odrediti koliki je ukupan budžet, koji deo možete izdvojiti za najvažnije i najskuplje stavke (sale za venčanje, bendovi za svadbe), a koliko za ostale sadržaje. Ako je budžet ograničen važno je da se držite okvirnih cena za svaki segment. Često se dešava da pronađete nešto što vam se jako svidi ali je cena veća nego što ste planirali.

Takođe, uvek postoje neki dodatni troškovi na koje ne pomislimo u prvom mahu. Zato je dobro imati kraj sebe iskusne ljude koji će vas podsećati na vreme za sve. Ukoliko u svojoj okolini nemate takvu osobu, “Fiesta dekoracije” vam mogu pomoći.

Uključivanje običaja samo zbog tradicije

Zato vi ako želite tradicionalnu svadbu, izaberite par zanimljivih i važnih običaja koji se mogu sprovesti u delo.

Možda zbog takvih odluka možete doći u sukob mišljenja sa porodicama, ali ipak je to vaš dan i treba biti kako vi želite.

Nedovoljno istraživanje ponude

Svako želi da ima venčanje koje će se po nečemu razlikovati i pamtiti. Ako ste izabrali da to bude klasično venčanje, istražite koji dodatni sadržaji postoje, a koji nisu već svima poznati. Takođe, dekoracija za svadbe je ona koja uglavnom pravi veliku razliku.

Savetujemo da se ne zalećete odmah sa rezervacijom i kaparisanjem, već da uvek još malo istražite, jer često nakon toga naletite na nešto bolje, lepše ili jeftinije. Dajte sebi vremena da dobro pročešljate internet, pitajte prijatelje i poznanike koji su već organizovali venčanje da vam daju savet ili ideju. Ipak su oni roditelji i celo vaše detinjstvo su maštali kako će taj dan izgledati. Ali vi ste odrasle i zrele osobe, čim ste se odlučili na ovaj korak. Zato nemojte previše dopuštati da se roditelji i druge osobe mešaju u organizaciju.

Veliku grešku ćete napraviti ukoliko na samom početku ne porazgovarate sa najbližima. Trebate im odmah jasno reći šta od običaja dolazi u obzir, a šta nikako. Potrebno je naći kompromis, prihvatite određene uslove koje postave. 

Potpuno isključivanje saradnje sa iskusnim ljudima

U tekstu smo se dotakli samo najvećih grešaka koje se dešavaju i zbog koji nekada dolazi i do otkazivanja venčanja. Svaka sitnica može dovesti do konflikta i stresa ako ne krene po planu, zato je važno biti priseban.

Iako na prvu pomisao angažovanje organizatora venčanja deluje kao nepotreban trošak, gotovo uvek se ispostavilo da ta saradnja može doneti veliku uštedu. Organizatori imaju veliko iskustvo pa mogu dati dobre savete kako da smanjite nepotrebne troškove, konekcije za povoljnije cene, ali i dobar plan B ukoliko plan A propadne.

Često se mladenci emocionalno istroše tokom organizacije jer polaze od toga “ma to je lako, sami ćemo sve”, ali tek kasnije vide koliko sitnica i obaveza ima. Pa kada dođe dan svadbe oni su iscrpljeni i samo žele da taj dan prođe, umesto da uživaju i pamte ceo život.
