Kako da se pripremim za trening? Najčešće pitanje kada dobijete motivaciju za treniranje.

1. Kvalitetan san

San je veoma važna stavka u vašem svakodnevnom funkcionisanju, a kamoli u sportu. Loš kvalitet sna utiče na zdravlje i može imati ozbiljne posledice. Neophodno je da omogućite sebi optimalan san od 8 sati kako biste mogli kvalitetno da trenirate, ali i da obavljate ostale aktivnosti u toku dana.

Ukoliko ste neispavani, umorni, iscrpljeni nećete moći da ostvarite ni deo onoga što ste želeli da postignete na treningu.

Preduslov za kvalitetan trening i dobar osećaj dok on traje je da na njega dođete odmorni.

2. Hidratacija

Voda čini 70% našeg tela, dok gubitak samo 2% vode dovodi naše telo do stadijuma dehidratacije.

Dehidratacija ostavlja veoma ozbiljne posledice na organizam i ometa rad gotovo svih organa u našem telu, dok su joj prvi simptomi umor i usporen metabolizam. Većinski deo populacije ima hronične simptome dehidratacije, zato je veoma važno da se voda redovno unosi u organizam u pravilnim vremenskim razmacima.

Preporučljiva količina je minimalno 2 litra vode dnevno. Vodite računa o tome da obavezno popijete čašu vode pred spavanje i nakon spavanja, jer organizam tokom sna duži period nije hidriran.

Nemojte piti vodu samo kad ste žedni, činite to mnogo češće. Osećaj žeđi nam je signal da otpočinje dehidratacija, zato izgradite naviku redovnog ispijanja ovog najzdravijeg pića.

Ujedno, deo pripreme za trening je i da obezbedite flašicu vode za konzumaciju tokom treninga, jer znojenjem gubite dosta tečnosti i elekrolita.

3. Ishrana

Da bismo uradili kvalitetan trening, potrebna nam je enrgija. Slažete li se?

Energiju ne dobijamo iz bilo koje hrane. Važno je da unosimo sveže i zdrave namirnice kako bi naš metabolizam normalno funkcionisao.

Ne izbegavajte ugljene hidrate, oni su glavni izvor energije našem telu. Naravno, ti ugljeni hidrati moraju biti zdravi, najbolje je da potiču iz voća. Neophodno je da ih unosite i pre treninga i nakon njega.

Proteini održavaju i regenerišu mišiće, zato su i oni bitna stavka u ishrani. Treba da se konzumiraju nakon obavljenog treninga. Često se unose i u vidu suplemenata, jer ponekad hranom ne možemo uneti dovoljne količine proteina koji su potrebni našem organizmu.

Bitna napomena je da ne jedete neposredno pred trening, jer sam proces varenja iziskuje energiju, te možete osećati umor tokom treninga. Najpreporučljivije je jesti 2 sata pre treninga kako biste imali vremena da svarite hranu, a opet i da ne budete gladni.

4. Plan

Bez dobro pripremljenog plana ne može se valjano ništa sprovesti u delo, pa ni trening. Stoga, sedite i napravite detaljan plan kako će izgledati vaš trening, koliko će ponavljanja biti, kakve vežbe ćete raditi i držite se čvrsto tog plana.

Odstupanjem od plana i smanjivanjem njegovog obima u toku treninga kada osetite iscrpljenost, ne dovodi do pomeranja sopstvenih granica. Bez pomeranja granica, nema ni rezultata.

5. Oprema za trening

Kvalitetan trening je neizvodljiv bez odgovarajuće opreme, štaviše može imati ozbiljnih posledica poput povreda.

Nemojte započinjati trening bez pravilnog zagrevanja. Zagrevanje postepeno priprema naše telo za napornu fizičku aktivnost, ubrzava cirkulaciju i podiže telesnu temperaturu do nivoa koji je optimalan za treniranje.

Zagrevanja su različita za početnike, rekreativce i profesionalce i imaju više etapa. Ukoliko ste početnik, najbolje je da zagrevanje određeni period radite uz pomoć profesionalnog trenera.
