Novi Pazar – Lukare: Čini mi se da ste imali dovoljno vremena za svoje plastenike i vrtove. Šta ste odlučili? –Voleo bih da ceo svet vidi moje umetničko delo u plastenicima i na njivama. Tale jeste mnogo zanimljiv, ali mislim da je toliko neobičan i dobar čovek. – Moji preci su se bavili proizvodnjom paprike. Volim i znam da radim sve poljoprivredne poslove i  ništa mi nije teško. Ja ovde uživam, ali za vas sam  tu svaki dan. Mora da se radi, ali rokovi ne pitaju za vrućinu. Prošle godine paprika je zbog povoljnih vremenskih uslova veoma dobro rodila i na domaće tržište stigla mnogo ranije u odnosu na predhodnu godinu. Sad me sve vrste povrća zanimaju. U budućnosti planiram da proširim svoju proizvodnju, ako Bog da – kazuje naš iskreni prijatelj Faruk Tale Plojović iz Lukara.

Naš domaćin je razmišljao o svojoj ogromnoj prizvodnji paprike. Od same te reči se ponosio, ali to su tek počeci… kupce bira najviše po tome što želi da donese malo radosti i vedrine u njihove sumorne živote. – Ja sam veseljak u duši. Volim da se družim. Život brzo prolazi, svemu dođe kraj. U plasteniku i na njivi radi kao mladić. – To je moj život veli – gazda. Taj je period za njega, kaže, najsrećniji. – Najpre je volja kad je rasd dobar, pa kad biljke počnu da rastu, da šire krošnje…  Njegova porodica se tradicionalno bavi poljoprivredom i povrtarstvom, tačnije uzgojem  i preradom paprike. Samo pripovedanje našeg domaćina satkano od ljubavi na ljude i događaje u njegovom rodnom Novom Pazaru i Lukarima.

Svojim dobrim delom on je jedina svetla tačka na novopazrskim pijacama. Postoje opet ljudi, susreti, događaji, koji nam se nametnu , utuve u glavu koje pamtimo u po bela dana ili noći, a da ni sebi ni drugima nismo u stanju da objasnimo – zašto je to tako, čime su to privukli našu pažnju, skrenuli na sebe , utisnuli svoj lik u naš nezaborav. Tu i tamo kombajni žanju pšenicu. Putokaz s desne strane upućuje na Taletovu kuću, gore na uzvišici.Kažem da pišem pa brišem, kao da će nešto da se promeni, hoće na bolje. Faruk ima želju da podeli to sa nama jer mi smo prijatelji i televizijska ekipa.

– Ovo je iskreno, ali čekao sam dugo pre nego što sam odlučio da vas se obratim. Supruga i ja radimo sve zajedno. Jako se dobro slažemo. Imamo više razumevanja jedno za drugo. Nije bilo lako ali smo se mnogo trudili. Paralelno smo mnogo toga prošli. E skućili smo se! I pravo da vam kažem baš je komforno. Imamo finu i dobru decu – veli uljudni Faruk Plojović iz Lukara. Nastala je duga, zanimljiva pauza. Odmičući uzbrdo, osvrnuo se da baci još jedan pogled ka selu. S tog izdignutog mesta mogao je da vidi svoje plastenike i njive. Naviknuta na ćutanje, priroda je bilo jako razmažena.

Na dnevnom svetlu sloboda nam se činila prekrasnom. Vodili smo beskrajne razgovore, istražujući i objašnjavajući, da od prizvodne povrća može solidno da se živi. Pričali smo o prošlosti, sadašnjosti i  budućnosti. Posebno o budućnosti. Hoće li biti zadovoljan svojim proizvodima. Znao je da mora s kupcima da govori o tome. Tale se trudi i napreduje. Već bi trebalo da preuzme nešto. Na njegovom imanju rađaju i bostani. –Tamo, reče naš prijatelj. U drugom delu njive  tražio je ogromne bostane. Livade su blistale a drveće je, otežalo i vlažno, nežno njihalo lišće, i kud god je pogledao i šta god je ubrao, najavljivao je svoj pošteni rad. Vreme je da građani znaju razliku  između domaće paprike i one koja danima stoji na tezgi u nekoj novopazrskoj prodavnici. Svoju robu dostavljam širom Evrope. Imam nrkoliko hiljada biljaka.  Sve prozvode prosledim  u Berlin – govori sandžački uzgajivač povrća.

Zastao je pod ogromnim hrastom.Tako nešto nama nije bilo svojstveno. – Nisam se ja promenio. Ljudi su se promenili. Nastupila je pauza. Znao je da ono što nije rečeno glasi: Zatajiš li, bićeš oštećen u kvalitetu proizvoda. Miris paprike mene očarava. Najveći deo svog života bio sam primoran da ustajem rano i uvek sam u žurbi oblačio odeću. Prosečni seljak i po petnaest sati dnevno radi trista dana u godini. Mene ovaj posao odmara – kazuje fenomenalni i veseli Faruk Tale Plojović iz Lukara.
