Kakav bicikl kupiti u moru poznatih i nepoznatih marki?

Odgovor – svejedno je. Ramovi se razlikuju, i različite klase opreme kao što su SHIMANO ili SRAM.

Svaki je dobar za početak. Posle se kroz iskustvo vidi koja od marki kome odgovara.

U ovom članku su objašnjene stvari koje bi trebalo imati na umu pri odabiru bicikla.

„Lego kockice“- šta treba znati

Bicikl se sastoji iz rama i ostalih komponenti (točkovi, kočnice, sedlo, i dr) Kvalitet bicikla zavisi od kvaliteta njegovih komponenti.

Najvažnija stvar je njegov ram. To je prvo što proveravate. Određuje vozne karakteristike i udobnost sedišta.

Greška prilikom izbora rama nije dobar odgovor na pitanje kakav bicikl kupiti!

Zatim, posmatramo točkove i ležajeve točkova (nable). Najveće unapređenje se postiže stavljanjem kvalitetnijih točkova i guma. Na kraju, radi bezbednosti, obezbedite dobre kočnice.

Ram

Primera radi, karbon je najlakši, ali najpodložniji udarcima. Ne rđa, ali ako se ošteti farba, delovaće kao da rđa, pri oštećenju od vlage i sunca.

Aluminijum je srednje težine i srednje otpornosti na udarce, i ne rđa osim ako nije izložen slanim uslovima – primorje na primer. Ako se i pojavi rđa, to je na mestu na kom je farba oštećena, ali bicikl je zaštićen od daljeg rđanja.

Čelik je najotporniji na udarce i oštećenja i najlakše se može popraviti, ali njegov ram spada u najteže. Ako se ne vodi računa, rđa.

Titanijum je  između čelika i aluminijuma. – po ceni su najskuplji. Otporniji na rđu od čelika, otporniji na udarce od aluminijuma.

Cenovni rang je ovde bitna stvar. Jeftin karbonski ram koštaće kao najskuplji čelični (grubo govoreći). Skup, kvalitetan čelični ram će verovatno biti bolji u svemu od jeftinog karbonskog. Jedino će i dalje biti osetno teži.

Može se reći da je aluminijum neka zlatna sredina. Ko nije siguran kakav ram da uzme, sa ovim materijalom neće puno pogrešiti.

Ako se bicikl planira za daleka putovanja – u tom slučaju čelik je izbor broj jedan: otpornost i lakoća krpljenja su prioritet za ovu namenu.

Oprema – grupa delova

Pod opremom se podrazumevaju menjači, kočnice, ručice menjača i kočnica, pogon, zadnji zupčanici, lanac.

Kompletna MTB grupa: prednji i zadnji menjač, šifteri, ručice kočnica, V-brejk čeljusti, pogon, zupčanici i lanac.

Klase opreme najvećih proizvođača

Za pouzdan rad, rekreativnu vožnju, dovoljno je gledati samo klasu Acera (i iznad) za MTB, odnosno Claris (i više) za drumski biciklizam, ili isti nivo opreme drugih proizvođača.

Točkovi

Dobri točkovi imaju kvalitetne felne, žbice i glave (nable). Što se nabli tiče, Shimano daje najviše za dati novac. Same felne, dok god su duplozidne aluminijumske, nema problema.

Kočnice

Kvalitetne kočnice, bilo da su V-brejk, drumske, ili disk, radiće kako treba. Kod ove vrste opreme bi bilo poželjno “dobaciti” do nivoa Shimano Deore (ili ekvivaletne klase drugih proizvođača), ili više.Menjači će raditi  i u nižoj klasi, samo malo sporije menjati brzine (ali pouzdano, dok god se ne ide ispod nekog Acera nivoa), kod kočnica je sigurnije malo odrešiti kesu.

Ako se odlučuje za disk kočnice, kvalitetna hidraulika je najbolja, ali najskuplja. Disk kočnice imaju smisla ako se vozi puno po blatu i snegu – inače će se slična sila i modulacija kočnica dobiti sa (jeftinijim) kvalitetnim V-brejk kočnicama.

Jeftine kočnice – bile disk, ili “obične” – treba izbegavati u širokom luku.

Amortizeri

Jeftine i loše amortizere treba izbegavati jer bicikl tada manje vlada neravninama. Dobri pomažu pri skretanju, kočenju. Potrebno im je povremeno servisiranje.
