Roditelji koji očekuju svoju bebu u hladnim zimskim mesecima imaju bezbroj nedoumica. Najčešće su to nedoumice u vezi oblačenja i opremanja bebe za izlazak iz porodilišta i za dnevne šetnje.

Novorođenčad nemaju sposobnost samoregulacije temperature. Iz tog razloga, nije ih preporučljivo pretopljavati odmah po izlasku iz porodilišta.

Kod odabira garderobe u kojoj ćemo izneti bebu iz bolnice, najvažnije je da se lako oblači i da je od 100% pamuka! Setovi koji su odlični za ovu priliku, su oni koji sadrže benkicu na preklop, donji deo sa stopicama, portiklu, kapu i rukavice.

Benkica se vrlo jednostavno navlači preko rukica i kopča na drikere. Donji deo sa stopicama nam otklanja potrebu za dodatnim korakom obuvanja čarapica. Kapica naravno štiti uši i glavicu od hladnoće. Pamučna portikla tu je kao krpica za brisanje bebe, posebno nakon obroka, dok rukavice sprečavaju grebanje. Ova dva poslednja komada, sigurno će nam biti potrebna i nakon izlaska iz bolnice, tokom prvih meseci sa bebom.

Za zimske bebe, dovoljno je preko pamučnog seta obući malo debljeg zeku ili skafander i umotati je u toplo ćebence ili dunjicu.

Izbor veličine za novorođenče 

Često mame pre rođenja deteta i merenja, imaju dilemu koja će veličina kompletića biti odgovarajuća za njihovo novorođenče. Novorođenčad u najvećem broju slučajeva, po rođenju nose odeću veličine 56. Za sitnije novorođenče, odgovarajuća je i veličina 50, dok kod prevremeno ili dosta sitnije rođenih beba izbor veličine može biti i 44 ili 46. Kada je u pitanju krupnija bebica, pravi izbor veličine je 62. Raspon ovih veličina odnosi se na turske proizvođače.

Odabir veličine dosta varira zbog različitih telesnih karakteristika bebe. Pored toga, bebe uzrasta od 0-6 meseci, teško mogu pregurati tri meseca sa jednom veličinom. Iz tog razloga, razmislite kod odabira skafandera i zimskih stvarčica, u zavisnosti od trenutka kada ih kupujete.

Skafander je vrlo praktična stvar za zimski period, ali je savet da najmanja veličina koju uzimate za novorođenče, svakako bude 62. U prvih mesec dana tokom niskih temperatura, ne izvodimo bebu u duže šetnje pa je mnogo praktičnije kupiti skafander u malo većoj veličini. Pored toga, ispod skafandera bebi uvek oblačimo i neki komad pamučne garderobice, poput zeke ili štramplice.

Saveti za roditelje zimskih beba

Bebina prva zima donosi nam nove radosti, ali i nova pitanja. Kada su temperature veoma niske savetuje se preskočiti šetnju sa bebom i snežne čarolije ostaviti za narednu godinu. Zdravim bebama zimi u šetnji često curi nos zbog hladnog vazduha koji udišu. Zato je uvek zgodno imati portiklicu ili krpicu pri ruci.

Takođe je neophodno bebu utopliti prekrivačem, ali nikako pretopljavati. Prekrivači od mekanih, toplih materijala svakako uvek trebaju biti prvi izbor roditeljima.

Sa zimskim bebama treba biti na oprezu, kada su temperature vrlo niske. Što se oblačenja tiče, beba će se zasigurno najprijatnije osećati u skafanderu.

Bez obzira koliko su dobro opremljene, na veoma niskim temperaturama jako male bebe ne treba šetati duže od pola sata. Bebe se lako mogu prehladiti i ako se malo smrznu mogu da klonu i budu manje otporne na viruse i bakterije. 

Kako roditelji znaju da je njihovoj bebi hladno?

Preporučljivo je da beba bude obučena za jedan sloj više od nas. Takođe ukoliko primetimo jako crvenilo ili ukoliko je bebina koža hladna i ako je naša beba iznenada manje živahna, to može biti pokazatelj da joj je hladno.
