Biciklisti o izmeni zakona o bezbednosti saobraćaja

Izmena zakona o bezbednosti saobraćaja koje nije u regulisala sve probleme, , ali ostaju na snazi sledeće odredbe:

  • Deci od 12 godina je od 2009 godine vožnja javnim putevima zabranjena
  • Prikolice za prevoz dece i dalje ne mobu da se koriste
  • Nije određeno rastojanje kada se pretiče biciklista

Evo šta je promenjeno:

Kacige i prsluzi nisu obavezni,

Moraju se nositi u toku noći ili slabe vidljivosti, kao i da se bicikl opremi katadiopterima, a ostalom opremom po želji

Pešačko biciklistička staza sa ogračenjem na 10 km/h

Pešačko biciklistička staza je put namenjen za kretanje biciklista i pešaka, ali u praksi funkcioniše kao biciklistička staza sa ograničenjem brzine i obavezom pažljivog ponašanja i neometanja pešaka. Međutim, nije određeno kako se može izmeriti brzina kretanja bicikliste, a nije uveden ni pešačko biciklistički centar. Kazna za vožnju od 11km na čas iznosi 300o din a za izazivanje opasnosti i nezgode od 5000 – 15000 din

Izmena zakona o bezbednosti saobraćaja takođe donosi i odluku da se biciklisti mogu preticati i ako voze preko pune linije.

Svaki vozač po sopstvenoj proceni može preticati. Ova odluka doneta je poslaničkom većinom u Narodnoj Skupštini.

Prema izmenama zakona, biciklista može da koristi metar kolovoza, sem ukoliko levo skreće , obilazi prepreke i ili pretiče.

Rubrika za neverovati – kazna za ponašanje protivno ove odredbe iznosi 3000 din. Ne sme da sklanja noge sa pedala, odnosno oslonca za noge.

Rukom pokazivati promenu pravca sve vreme

Novost u zakonu je da biciklista mora da pokazuje rukom gde skreće sve vreme. U suprotnom očekuje ga kazna od 5000 din ili 6000 – 18000 u slučaju izazivanja neposredne opasnosti ili nezgode.

Povećanje kazni

  • Ako se ne krećete biciklističkom stazom u propisanom smeru, kazna iznosi 20000-40000 din.
  • Za dete mlađe od 12 godina koje upravlja biciklom na javnom putu, kazna je 10000-20000 din
  • Ukoliko izazove opasnost ili nezgodu, kazna iznosi 20000-40000 ili kazna zatvora od 45 dana.
  • Putnik na biciklu koji odbije alkotestiranje rizikuje kaznu 20000-40000 din.
