Priprema plovila za leto podrazumeva da ispoštujete određene korake, o kojima ćemo govoriti u ovom tekstu.

U trenutku kada dolazi proleće, svim vlasnicima plovila “zvoni“ da je vreme da svoje “ljubimce za vodu“ povuku iz zimnice i pripreme za toplo vreme. To je jasan poziv da stavite svoj čamac u vodu nakon duge hladne zime.

Ubrzo nakon proleća dolazi i leto, a ovde treba uraditi neke dodatne procedure kako biste osigurali sigurnu plovidbu.

Bilo da ste početnik ili stari ljubitelj plovila, sledi ritual za pripremu i čišćenje vašeg čamca ili broda kako biste sprečili bilo kakve probleme tokom letnje sezone.

Odakle krenuti?

Letnja sezona je stvorena da budete napolju, još bolje – na vodi.

Pre svega, morate oprati svoje plovilo, naliti sve potrebne tečnosti i ulja i pregledati propelere. Protok sveže vode kroz vanbrodski motor je obavezan!

Kada je u pitanju motor, morate osigurati da promenite sledeće stavke:

  • ulje za donju jedinicu
  • svećice
  • pumpe za vodu
  • ulje za 4-taktne motore na svakih 100 sati vožnje

Šta je najvažnije kada je u pitanju priprema plovila za leto?

Evo liste obaveznih zadataka koje treba da ispoštujete:

  • Morate menjati ulje i filtere svakih šest meseci ili nakon svakih 375 sati plovidbe.
  • Promenite filtere goriva na svakih 12 meseci ili nakon završetka 100 sati plovidbe.
  • Servisirajte vodene pumpe svaka dva meseca ili nakon 200 sati plovidbe.
  • Ulje za menjač morate da menjate jednom u 24 meseca ili nakon završetka 2000 radnih sati, bez obzira na to koje merilo dostignute prvo.
  • Pogonski remen treba redovno proveravati i menjati svakih 12 meseci ili po završetku 1000 sati vožnje.
    Sistem za hlađenje sa ispiranjem se može sprovoditi svaka 72 meseca, ili po završetku 6000 sati vožnje. Međutim, morate ga pregledati radi redovnog održavanja!
  • Ne zaboravite i da očistite vazdušni filter svakih šest meseci ili nakon 1000 sati rada.
  • Mast za užad upravljača morate podmazati svakih 12 meseci. (preporuka je da se to uradi na početku sezone plovidbe).
  • Punjenje baterije možete učiniti svakih 12 meseci ili ako indikator baterije pokazuje znak slabe baterije.

Proverite i sistem goriva

Osim gore navedenih dugoročnih pregleda, evo detaljne kontrolne liste šta morate da uradite da bi vaše plovilo bilo spremno za leto.

Inspekcija vašeg sistema goriva na oštećenja i curenje je obavezna!

Pregledajte površinu rezervoara za gorivo, priključke i creva. Svaka mekoća, napuknuća ili krhkost na crevima ugrožava strukturalni integritet ovih važnih elemenata.

Morate zameniti komponente po potrebi. Uvek se uverite da su sve stezaljke, matice i zavrtnji bezbedno postavljeni.

Uverite se da su motor, ventilacija i izduvni sistemi u ispravnom stanju.

Očistite karburator temeljno. Kada ispravno radi, karburator za brodove obezbeđuje zdravu ekonomičnost goriva i emisije godinama i izbegava probleme poput teškog pokretanja, grubog praznog hoda, spoticanja pod opterećenjem ili poplave.

Pojasevi i kablovi

Pojasevi i kablovi su podložni pucanju i lomljivosti tokom zimske sezone – stoga izvršite temeljnu inspekciju.

Pojasevi moraju čvrsto pristajati oko remena i važno je sprečiti klizanje.

Nivoi tečnosti

Uvek morate proveriti sve nivoe goriva, uključujući: servo upravljač, motorno ulje, rezervoar servo opreme i rashladnu tečnost.

Uvek vodite računa o blagovremenoj promeni filtera ulja, pogonskih maziva i motornog ulja. Pogotovo ako se o njima već nije brinulo pre nego što ste plovilo držali u zimskom skladištu!

Električni sistem

Sve električne sisteme mora da pregleda kvalifikovani elektrotehničar, po mogućnosti neko sa iskustvom.

Šta još treba da uradite?
